Driving toward the gym on a road like this seems unnatural.
6.24 beautiful miles...The focus is on breath during my practice. Centering. I believe, every working artist and human being needs to take time to away from distraction to recalibrate the spirit...Running is my way of spiritual centering and soul recalibration. I am so grateful for the ability to move...
On my way to work it out in the gym before sequestering myself inside my studio....
Racing toward the deadline! Will grout the beast in the coming days.

Collaborative Concepts at Saunders Farm
We're celebrating our 10th ANNIVERSARY
this fall at Saunders Farm in Garrison, NY!
Saunders Farm is located on Old Albany Post Road, the historic earthen highway of the original route between New York City and Albany. The property begins with rolling pastures and culminates on a majestic ridge with 360-degree views of the Hudson Highlands. Black Angus cattle roam free. Sites for art range from intimate woody glens to open fields and dramatic vast expanses defined by stone walls.
